About Mississauga

Living in Mississauga.

Mississauga sits on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario, between Toronto to the east, Oakville and Milton to the west and Brampton to the north. Highways 401, 403, 410, 427, the QEW and 407 all run through or along it, Toronto Pearson International Airport is in its northeast end, and GO Transit serves it on the Lakeshore West, Milton and Kitchener lines.

The Credit River crosses the city and meets the lake at Port Credit harbour. Rattray Marsh Conservation Area protects the last lakefront marsh at the western end of Lake Ontario, with a boardwalk through it.

City Centre brings together Square One Shopping Centre, Mississauga Celebration Square and Kariya Park, a Japanese garden.
